It can be so challenging to wait on the Lord when we would rather things go according to our schedule. It’s exciting as we look forward to what He has in store, but the in between time can be difficult, full of a range of emotions.
The Bible is so full of truth for all of our needs, and this week Ashley shared verses for times of waiting. These were such an encouragement to me because, as Ashley mentions, we all probably respond in similar ways during times of waiting. We face questions, doubts, concerns, and we may even feel frustrated with how God is working.
Ashley shares a thought that we’ve probably all considered, but perhaps we need to consider again. Waiting is challenging, but without the wait, would we appreciate what we get? It’s interesting to think about that as we look at our own lives and the things we’re waiting for.
Be sure to visit Ashley to see the verses she’s sharing for the times of waiting we all face.
