I understand what it feels like to be run down and flat out exhausted. A few years ago, after a particularly stressful season of life on the mission field and the addition of several children in a short amount of time, I found myself desperate to regain my energy.
Thing is, I didn’t have the energy to cull through a bazillion things I *could* do to regain my energy! I was exhausted, remember? What I needed was something simple, proven, and doable. I needed all the guesswork removed.
As I worked through gobs of info, I began to identify a few key things that worked. Once I started implementing these few key things, my energy started to return.
The story could have ended there but it didn’t because about a year later I realized how common this feeling of fatigue and exhaustion is, especially to moms of young children.
One day while sharing prayer requests in a MOPS meeting, I was floored to hear most of the women shared the same request: the desperate need for more energy!
That’s when I decided to write this 7-day guide to power up your energy. After all, this was something I myself had just come out of and I could help! So I sat down and compiled what I discovered about increasing energy.
But I did one special thing: I compiled and organized the info into a plan.

Spirit: It is common to suffer from low-grade energy drains at the spiritual level. This daily section addresses these strength sappers and provides strategic ways to effectively remove them.
