The Breaking News is that TODAY ONLY, Trust Without BordersĀ is $.99! If you’ve been wanting it, now’s the time to grab it! Read on to see one of the little extras I included in the book…

Someone asked Bill Bright once what he thought the most important thing was for a Christian to study throughout her life.

Without hesitation he said, “The nature and attributes of God.”

Deeply knowing God and communing with Him as a lifestyle is how Jesus described real life.

What do you see?

(Which do you see, an old woman or young maiden? God is so much more than we think or can ever wrap our minds around!)

A few years ago, I had a come-to-Jesus moment in which I realized the God I thought I knew wasn’t exactly the God of the Bible. It was shocking because I grew up in a conservative Southern Baptist church and attended Christian school. I knew the Bible and a lot of true things about God… but my understanding was tainted with bogus ideas I had picked up along the way as well.

I knew the only way to know the truth about God was to study the names and nature of God for myself from the Scripture, listening to the Holy Spirit. Over the past several years, I have done just that. I certainly do not have a perfect understanding of God now and this is a life long study, but can I just tell you that it is rich, enjoyable, and honestly? Addictive!

When I wrote Trust Without Borders, I knew that knowing God is so important and trusting Him for who He says He is so vital that I would be cheating readers if I didn’t point them to HIM.

After all, our trust is only as good as its object!

So one of the things I included in Trust is a set of printable cards on the names and attributes of God.

The set includes 60 printable cards and is a small gift to accompany the book. One idea for using the cards would be to pull a card each morning at the breakfast table and spend time talking about it. Then ask God to reveal Himself to you that day. At dinner, follow up the conversation and see how God answered. Instructions for printing the card set is on Day 9 of the devotional.

If you have been wanting to get the book, now is the time to grab it!

Today, Trust Without Borders is only $.99.

Day 36

1. The Bread: Read John 20:1-18

2. The Devo: Read Day 36 in Trust Without Borders

3. The Plunge: One of the things I love about today’s devotional is the concept of God clothing us. (See Matthew 6:25-34) This not only includes physically, but emotionally and spiritually as well. Spend some time today thinking of the ways God clothes you.

In what ways do you need clothing today? Commit those areas to Him in trust; then thank Him for being your “clother!”

Make sure to grab your copy of TrustĀ and I’ll see you tomorrow.
