Hello all you wonderful ladies. I am posting this to ask for your help.
Wednesday at my Mom’s group, a mom there asked for prayer to have more energy. When the request was read, everyone in the group seconded it and we all laughed at how tired and exhausted we were! I know I can sure relate.
I have always been a low energy person, even before kids~ smile.
Well the thing is, increasing my energy level is something that I have been working on for some time. After Wednesday’s group, I realized that low energy is common to moms and I might have something of value to share. Last night, I couldn’t sleep and had to get up and jot down the plan and process to regaining energy. What I came up with is a 7 day step by step guide to increasing your energy.
So here’s my question for you. One, would this be something that interests you? And secondly, would you be available to preview what I have and offer feedback on it?
Please leave your thoughts and/or contact info in the comments. Thanks so much, sweet friend!

A huge yes to that would interest me. I consider it one of my most frustrating obstacles!!
Thanks Rikki! I’ll be contacting you
That would be WONDERFUL!!! I would love to help out in any way I can! I have 4 itty bitty’s & I too was low energy before they came along! Love, love, love your blog!

Hey girl! I will email you…
I feel exhausted every morning, but this did not start with motherhood, I have been struggling with the tired feeling for many years now. ( Got lots of blood work, nothing seams wrong, have a very high iron level and good thyroid function) Gets good amount if sleep and exercise… so any tips of advices would be more them welcome., I would love to feel “normal” again, or at least have enough energy to chase our 3 young little goose!!!
Renee, I’ll be emailing you- so glad to join with you in this!
Yes, and yes! Massive need for this out there, and in here {points to self}. Run with it! (And if you still need eyes on what you’ve put together, mine are available.)

Thanks, girl! I’ve emailed you
yes and yes! if I can help you, I’d be happy to do so.
Yeah! Would love to have your input!
YES!!! I’d love to help! I’m a homeschooling mamma to two rambunctious boys and I am ALWAYS tired. I’ve even been tested to see if something wasn’t right but it’s just this time of life, I guess? I’d love to be involved!
Yes! Yes! and Yes! I’ve been trying to recoup my energy level for 20 years! I would love to know what your plan is.
Absolutely, I would love love love to preview this. This is such a huge issue for mamas. Part of it, I believe, is simply that mothering young ones is exhausting!
But, I also believe there are lots of lies that can play a part — at least for me. I’d really enjoy hearing your thoughts.
YES!! Count me in! I would definitely be willing to try anything in hopes to increase my energy levels (and get me out of this nap cycle—at least until I’m expecting again!
Have a lovely weekend!
Sarah
Sure!
I’d love to preview. I often have blamed my age (40) And having young children on my low energy, but in talking to younger aged moms I often hear they are tired as well. My children do not need to nap every day, but I tell them “Mama still needs her nap!”.
I have some great ideas for you that really do help! And I am not promoting or selling any item, just to let you know! I was a fatifued mama and not am only occasionally.
I am a 55 year old grandmother who is about to start keeping one of my grandchildren full time in October as a newborn. PLEASE , I am looking forward to it but I have very low energy. HELP!!!
Would love to hear your ideas. Appreciate your blog!
I don’t have kids, but I do understand feeling worn out!
I think that this is a great idea! I would love to preview if you are still looking for people. I’ve been struggling with energy due to health problems and the medication I take. I don’t have children- which might be a plus if you’d like me to preview, since you’ll get a different view.
Of course I would love to hear your plan.

Yes, yes, yes! Need.more.energy.please! I can’t wait!
Hi Arabah!
I was horribly fatigued and found I was still eating trace amounts of gluten (I have Celiac), since eliminating that I have had an incredibly resurgence of energy. I also am effected by weather changes (when the barometric pressure rises and falls I have terrible migraines and could sleep the day away – here I’ve been self medicating with STRONG coffee and if desperate tylenol). Would love to hear your ideas!
What a great idea! I would love to help anyway I can
This is something I have struggled with ever since having children. I would love to hear your ideas and give you any feedback I can.
I am interested in your plan
)
Yes, count me in, please!
If you are still looking for people, I’ll gladly preview what you wrote. After 20 years of prayer our Lord finally allowed me to find what was causing my lack of energy (in my case, it was a candida overgrowth due to the many antibiotics I took while I was a child). That was one and a half years ago. I feel so much better now. But I must confess that I only considered the physical part of the problem. I’m looking forward to reading what you share about the mind and spirit.
Thank you so much for your blog. I can’t count how many times you have put words on what I was experiencing. You helped me see things in a new light and receive healing and the strength to change.
