Happy Friday friends!
I know some of you stop by only on Fridays so before we get to our feature I want to make sure you know about a brand new resource perfect for year end. Grace Goals is a revolutionary approach to setting goals and achieving godly change in your life.
If you are like me, you’ll spend some time this month reflecting on the year behind and praying over the year ahead. As you think through what the Lord might have you do differently in 2016, I’d love to be part of that process!
We have a Grace Goals Facebook group for those who purchase Grace Goals and we will work through the 5 mini workshops together beginning December 28. We’d LOVE to be iron sharpening iron to one another and warmly invite you to join us!
This week I’ve been especially tired and worn. Extra responsibilities, computer glitches, many significant life changes looming, a couple nasty emails… well, life takes it’s toil.
But there is always, always, always truth that is solid rock beneath our feet.
Glitch or no glitch. Change or mundane. Hate mail or fan, there is Truth.
“Just the other morning, I woke up holding my breath, these days an immense battle in the darkness and I have been failing more than anyone should be allowed to fail.
“But that morning, I woke up as the sun was rising and the darkness was just starting to give way to light.
“I look at the ground covered in snow, white starting to spread around and I can’t help but hear that relieved sigh of my own soul, citing Isaiah 1:18, “though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow.”
“This battle is not ours, beloved. The battle is the Lord’s — and it is already won.”
